We have been operating in the market for more than 10 years and support Polish and international companies with unusual requirements. On a day-to-day basis, we cooperate with the OW Group’s legal, tax and analytic companies to handle complex projects.

Tax advisor with over 15 years of professional experience. A partner in Olesiński i Wspólnicy. Tomasz specialises in issues related to tax relief in special economic zones, tax-related aspects of restructuring and matters of international tax law.
He has experience in delivering such projects as transformations and mergers of companies, tax planning for disposal of enterprises and significant assets, tax audits and due diligence reviews. He represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts.
Tomasz publishes articles in Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. He is fluent in German and English.
Sylwia has several years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and compliance management – gained in multinational corporations in Poland and abroad.
While working at PwC in the Netherlands and the UK, she prepared and led audits of the financial statements of international companies reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
As part of her eight years at HP shared services centre in Wrocław, she led a team of accountants preparing month-end closing, accounts and balance sheet analysis for EMEA companies. Subsequently, as Senior Manager of Internal Audit, she conducted risk analysis and assessment, operational audits and the assessment of internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
She has been involved in a number of projects – including the standardisation of the financial statements preparation process and the implementation of a new ERP system.
Her experience also includes the introduction of a compliance management system in a multinational company based in Spain, the preparation of the main compliance policies and the implementation of the required processes.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw with a degree in Banking and Finance.
She also completed the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) studies.
She is fluent in English and has an advanced command of Spanish.
A graduate of the University of Wrocław with a major in German philology. Agnieszka boasts eight years of experience in providing HR and payroll services to domestic and international companies.
Since January 2012 she has been affiliated with OWAP. She specialises in serving manufacturing companies and managing payroll settlement for workers from foreign countries. She has penned articles for industry publications addressing issues in payroll settlements.
Agnieszka is fluent in German and is enthusiastically improving her command of English.
Agata has ten years of experience in the financial industry and has been with OWAP since 2016.
She specialises in handling greenfield investments, fixed asset accounting and public aid settlements. She supports clients with software implementation, process development and internal accounting departments. Together with her team, she supports entities from the manufacturing, commercial and IT sectors, mainly with foreign capital.
She has extensive experience in cooperating with auditing firms, handling tax audits and settlements of companies operating within Special Economic Zones.

She graduated from the Wroclaw University of Economics with a Master degree in finance and accounting, specialising in international accounting (ACCA accreditation). She has completed numerous training courses, e.g. a course for a tax advisor, controlling specialist, financial analyst.
She is fluent in English.
Specialises in providing services to medium-sized enterprises with international capital. In her daily work she mainly deals with entities from the manufacturing sector.
She has experience in working for companies operating in Special Economic Zones. She deals with the organisation of accounting processes in greenfield investments,and advises on the comprehensive settlement of production processes. She has participated in projects concerning the in-kind contribution of an organised part of an enterprise.
She has extensive experience in building accounting departments. She supports companies in implementing accounting systems and improvements.
